Make Your Own Bottled Coffee
It never occurred to me that I could make my own bottled coffee, ready to go. I was in need of a coffee and had just stopped for gas. I ran in and grabbed a Petes bottled coffee. I rarely buy the Starbucks or Petes cold coffee, found in the refrigerated isle of a grocery store, because they are more sweet for my taste
Thats when it occurred to me that I make my own iced coffee, poured over ice, why not make these in bottles and chill them for later. Ding, Ding, Ding. Thats just what I did, and theyre amazing.
Why Launch A Brand Instead Of A Business
The difference between launching a brand and launching a business is that a brand takes more foresight and planning but ultimately builds equity in the eyes of customers.
Launching a brand means being prepared, when the resources are available, to know what tools to use and what to say to market your company in a way that makes it disctinct from the competition.
Going through a proper exercise to plan and develop your coffee brand would include thinking about and defining many of these considerations:
- The Brand “Personality”.
- The Logos and Design of the website, the packaging, and the advertising.
- The communications and processes required to distinsguish the coffee business from its competition and the foster brand loyalty.
- To put it more simply, your coffee brand is your promise to current and future customers of what your company and coffee will deliver.
If you’re able to know what those promises are and deliver on them consistently you can build something called Brand Equity.

Create Multiple Streams Of Revenue
Although coffee can have a great profit margin, companies that offer only coffee may not generate enough gross profit to succeed. A customer stopping in for a morning coffee or shopping online to buy more coffee beans will likely purchase just one product at a time. However, coffee shops and online coffee suppliers can create multiple streams of revenue by offering a few different products. When customers have more than one type of product to choose from, they are more likely to make a larger purchase with each transaction. In addition, if one product is not selling as well, your brand can make up for losses with the other products you offer. Here are a few ways to create multiple streams of revenue for your coffee brand:
Heres My Go To Recipe For Bottled Coffee
- 2% Lactose Free Milk

- Flavored Creamer to Taste .
Brew your espresso, add to bottle.
Add your flavored creamer , to taste. I use about a tablespoon. Add your base the rest of the way. In my case, Lactose Free Milk.

Open, Drink, Enjoy!
Thats it! . They work great, they are dishwasher safe and are canning quality. I estimate about 195 calories with these ingredients .

Step : Create Your Business Website
After defining your brand and creating your logo the next step is to create a website for your business.
While creating a website is an essential step, some may fear that its out of their reach because they dont have any website-building experience. While this may have been a reasonable fear back in 2015, web technology has seen huge advancements in the past few years that makes the lives of small business owners much simpler.
Here are the main reasons why you shouldnt delay building your website:
- All legitimate businesses have websites – full stop. The size or industry of your business does not matter when it comes to getting your business online.
- Social media accounts like Facebook pages or LinkedIn business profiles are not a replacement for a business website that you own.
- Website builder tools like the GoDaddy Website Builder have made creating a basic website extremely simple. You dont need to hire a web developer or designer to create a website that you can be proud of.
Using our website building guides, the process will be simple and painless and shouldnt take you any longer than 2-3 hours to complete.
- Clean the roastery
Deliveries to wholesale customers are often made weekly.
At least monthly, and perhaps more often, youll receive shipments of green coffee and send invoices to wholesale customers.
Benefits Of Bag Labeling Your Coffee Bags With Custom Designs And Colors
Custom bag labels can be used to increase brand awareness, but they also have many other benefits for brands. For one thing, bag labeling is a great way to personalize and individualize your product so that it stands out from the competition. Hot beverage drinkers will appreciate this slight touch of personalized care and attention, as well as having their favorite coffee flavors pre-selected for them.
Custom bag labeling can also increase brand recognition and loyalty, which is particularly important if your goal is to attract coffee drinkers away from big brands like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. These drinkers are very loyal to their favorite beverage shops, and they tend not to make much effort when it comes to switching brands. This is why bag labeling can be a powerful tool for hot beverage shops that want to attract new customers and build long-term brand value.

Blending In To Stand Out
If you are in the business of brewing or serving coffee, everything you do from the way you train your staff to the type of beans that you use all adds up to your customers experience. Blending coffee gives you the opportunity to create a signature roast profile that differentiates your brand from the others a coffee that customers can only get from you.
Its all about taste and everyones taste is subjective, says Raihaan. By blending, your business can deliver exactly what appeals most to your customers.
For a roaster, the goal is to create a cup of coffee that arouses an emotional reaction.
If you taste a coffee and immediately think of a dessert your grandmother used to make, thats a strong emotional reaction. It transcends whats in the cup, says Raihaan.
He says the best place to start is by answering the question, What do your customers want?
Think about the reactions you want people to have when they drink your coffee. Most people categorise their coffee into one of three segments good, bad or memorable. A memorable coffee experience is much more than just a tasty coffee.
Raihaan also says to consider what resources you have available to help execute your vision.
Do you have someone in-house who can focus on the taste and help create the best coffee for your brand? Can you partner with a roasting facility that wont compete in its own right with your brand?
Describe The Process Of Launching The Business
Throughout my extensive research, I was very pleased to find out about a company that could fully build up my website for $2,200 with affordable monthly payment options. What I like the most, they agreed to summarize the entire website in French on a single page. I did not wait for the completion of my website to open our social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In the meantime, I was looking online for any business events that I could showcase my coffee brand.
Our marketing strategy was to effectively represent the different cultures in one platform. Furthermore, I would like to educate my consumers about the unique story behind the cup of coffee. Believe me – we do not drink a regular beverage, but we drink a scientific cup to enrich our day. This is why I developed a coffee brand for coffee lovers, and it would be appreciated by non-coffee drinkers. You do not need to add creamer nor sugar – just enjoy the delicious and fresh exclusive blends.
At first, we published posts on social media three times a week about features of the products, testimonies, promotions, games, referral rewards, and coffee industry news. Moreover, I attended business events in which I was able to talk to prospects, build up my emails list, give free samples, and flyers. Finally, I announced the launch of my coffee brand via press releases online.

How To Create A Custom Coffee Blend That Will Stand Out
Just like a chef who thinks about what ingredients work well together, a coffee roaster will carefully consider the ingredients that make up the perfect cup. While some beans are full-flavoured in their own right, they can also be used as ingredients in a blend brought to life by the vision of the roaster.
Strawberries, for example, can be amazing on their own, says Raihaan Esat, General Manager of International Coffee Traders. But they can also be used with other ingredients to make a dessert. This is why we blend coffee, to bring flavours together that create an experience.
A coffee blend is made up of several different beans from various farms or countries, while single origin coffee means it comes from a single country, farmer or producer. Coffee blending is about finding a unique taste or developing a characteristic that you wont find in any single origin green bean.
Its important to note that blending coffee does not mean it is of any lesser quality. That specialty coffee brew at your local suburban coffee shop? Its likely to be made up of a blend of several different coffees from various farms or countries. This is a unique skill of a true coffee roasting professional.

Your Brand Should Resonate With Your Personal Values
While Mike shied away from my camera, saying he wanted the focus to be on the brand, his personality and values are integral to Kokako. His company inherits his belief in being respectful, considerate, generous, a perfectionist, and part of a communityand that is why it thrives.
Kokako is part of a coffee community. One example of this is Mikes work with the Highlands Organic Agriculture Cooperative in Papua New Guinea to improve coffee quality. Kokako is also verified by third parties, such as Fairtrade and BioGro, New Zealands largest certifier of organic products, reflecting a dedication to respecting coffee farmers and the environment. Yet Kokako doesnt just support, or be supported by, others in its community: it also learns from them. Mike told me that Kokako is a quiet achiever, quietly learning more about coffee. This ability to learn and grow from others is symptomatic of Kokakos values of respect and community, and it is also how this brand continues to grow.
