Worst dealership experience. Left with major privacy concerns as they ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization and didnt even give me any information on my financing options. I guess they just assume everyone is just going to blindly sign their questionable credit check authorization form without reading it first . Refused to work on the price at all due to their very high inventory of used cars and low sales count cause of COVID??? Yeah, lots of supply & demand sense there. Overcharge for every fee imaginable. Refuse to remove their bs window tinting & nitrogen fee which is ridiculous and unnecessary for a used car with already factory tinted windows! Needless to say, I did not make a purchase and would not even recommend this place to an enemy. If you are debating coming here, save yourself the headache and RUN the other way. Would also recommend you to lock or at least keep an eye on your credit/identity if you had the misfortune of dealing with this extremely unprofessional car dealership. Make sure to stay away from Patrick Greene or Jorge Sierra if you, for some reason, desperately have to make a purchase here and have no other alternatives.

For a quieter cabin, Acura offers the Technology Package. It adds new, thicker carpet padding and a new sound insulator on the front doors as well as acoustic glass to further decrease road and wind sound. Moreover, a new and denser noise insulation pad in the dash cuts the engine sound, and a modern insulator in the D pillar shrinks the road noise.
Acura says if customers want to get their hands on the quietest RDX in history, then opt for the Advance Package. It comes with an extra sound insulator in the ceiling and yet more noise insulation included in the dash, under the hood, and across the drivetrain tunnel.
Acura has added an insulator and acoustic glass at the back doors, and the cargo bins get sound insulation. Besides, the rear hatch inner covering receives more sound muting stuff.
