For people who are following a very low carb diet regularly or those following a full blown keto diet plan then drinking Bulletproof coffee daily is probably safe so long as you are using the exact correct ingredients.
Grass fed ghee butter is much healthier than regular table butter and so long as sugars and milk or creamers are omitted from the drink and its consumed as largely a meal replacement in the morning the drink is not likely to affect your health negatively any time soon.
