Weve been waiting incredibly long because of the mechanical failure notice on 2/11 and then the weather delays in Texas. BUT, the weather has been fine for the past 5 days and still no delivery. It shows its been sitting in Dallas since 2/19 and everything was melted on 2/21. Its 2/25 and still no delivery. Always says, will be delivered next day. Today, I sent an email to customer service asking what is going on. Then we received the notice from UPS saying the product was damaged and will be sent back. Angelinos never bothered replying to our email or calling us.NOT one attempt to communicate and check in with us. I had to find a number online, call them. They said, oh well have to wait for the product to come back then we can ship out a new order. I finally just asked for our money back, they agreed, but there was no we are sorry and we will ship something for you to try anyway!? Just really poor customer service/follow up and attempt at gaining new customers.I hope they treat their long-time customers better than this and make a better effort to keep new customers. Well go back to our other provider after this.

The coffee tastes good. My issue is that about 25 % of the pods seem to spew water and coffee grounds into my cup and all around my keurig. Ive had other off brand pods do this. Starbucks pods never do this. So disappointing. Im stuck with a lot of pods because I bought the big pack. Will not buy again

Much Too Weak For A Real Coffee Lover
I can’t imagine any REAL coffee drinker giving this coffee any high reviews. I am a 50 year coffee drinker, and have tried a lot of Keurig style cups. Many are OK, some are good, and Angelina’s is poor at best. It’s so weak that it turns white when I add cream. The only way to enjoy it is to reset my normal medium size cup on the Keurig to the minimum size cup and do it twice, using two of their pods. The result is reasonable, but double the price of most since I had to use two pods. I’ll try most things once – no more trys for Angelina’s, thanks; much too weak.
