About 6 months ago, I asked you guys for recommendations on coffee makers via IG stories and SO many of you recommended the Jura! I looked it up and cringed at the price and instantly decided that wasnt the coffee maker for us haha. It is SO expensive. Several of yall also recommended the Ninja , so we bought that and LOVE it. A few months after purchasing the Ninja, we went on a trip to Cabo and the house we stayed in had a Jura coffee maker. Oh my goodness yall. My life was forever changed the first morning I had a cup of coffee from that machine. I think I had like 3 cups of coffee a day while we were there because I was so obsessed haha and kept raving about it to Michael.
Fast forward to Mothers Dayand Michael 100% surprised me and bought me a Jura as my first Mothers Day gift! We definitely did not need this since we bought the Ninja a few months earlier but hey. A gift is a gift and I wasnt going to argue lol. And to be honest, we have NEVER looked back! It is the most AMAZING coffee machine ever. Today I want to review the Jura coffee maker with yall in case youve been curious, and also share how you can purchase it for less!
A Comparison Of Jura Z
The Jura E-series of coffee machines is generally very consistent. It was my review of the Jura E8 that first stole my heart. In true Romeo and Juliet fashion, I realized the beauty that the Jura Capulet family could offer.
Thanks to the Pulse Extraction Process and numerous sensible setting options, a very good espresso comes out of the coffee spout. Cappuccinos, lattes and latte macchiatos are also rather impressive.
On Jura E-series coffee machines, you control everything in classic Jura form via buttons and the display. The grinder is stepless, but everything else seems a bit old school. Of course, thats the advantage of these coffee makers: they make preparation beautifully uncomplicated!
The grinder operates quietly as well. Unfortunately, though, we have to accept the fact that the 2-cup function does not apply to milk-based drinks.
The Jura E8 also only has one Thermoblock heating system, so you cannot brew espresso and froth milk simultaneously. Thats also part of why this machine costs significantly less than, say, the Jura Z8.
Available for $2,330.00, Im naming the Jura E8 the Best Budget Jura coffee maker. While thats still a lot of money, relative to other luxury Jura models, the features included on this automatic espresso machine make it a great deal.
