Unlike many other brands, our furniture is crafted by only one factory in Binh Duong, Southern Vietnam that shares a common vision of sustainability, accountability and transparency. We are committed to making furniture with smaller environmental impacts in places that treat workers well. If you happen to travel to Southern Vietnam, we would be happy to take you to see our factory. Just contact us and we will make the arrangements.

Looking for more information about your mid century modern furniture order or wish to edit an existing order? Here are a few frequently asked questions to help.

If youre in Toronto or the GTA, please visit our furniture warehouse. Our warehouse is open by appoint .Otherwise, please contact us, we will be happy to schedule a video call for you to view our furniture.

You have two hours after placing your order to make changes. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to make changes.

Note: Editing your order may change the estimated arrival date of your furniture.

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to cancel.

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order processes and your furniture leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking details.

No problem, we accept returns in 45 days since the day you receive the furniture.

Any returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
